CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking Policy HOW TO BOOK: • All appointments required a valid email address and phone number at the time of booking to receive confirmations and reminders. • Please ensure all contact information is correct to avoid missing important updates. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS • A non-refundable deposit of is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your final balance on the day of your service. • Deposits are non-transferable unless rescheduling within the allowed time frame (see Rescheduling Policy). APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION: • Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. A reminder email or text will be sent 24-48 hours before your appointment. • If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact me to ensure your appointment was successfully scheduled. WAITLIST OPTIONS: • If no appointments are available, please add your name to the waitlist. I will notify you if a slot opens up. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy RESCHEDULING: • Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to transfer your deposit to the new booking. • Rescheduling within less than 48 hours will result in forfeiting your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. CANCELLATIONS: • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments. LATE ARRIVES POLICY: • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or shortened to fit the remaining time, with full-service fees still applied. FILL APPOINTMENT POLICY: • Fill appointments require at least 40% of lashes to remain from your previous set. If less than 40% of lashes remain, the appointment will be charged as a full set. HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best application results. • If you are sick or feeling unwell, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. PAYMENTS : • I accept [cash, card, Zelle, Venmo]. • The remaining balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment.
