LASH INNOVATION Booking & Client Policies Thank you for choosing Lash Innovation. These policies are designed to protect reserved appointment time, maintain availability, and provide a smooth and consistent experience for every client. Please review all policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment with Lash Innovation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the policies below. BOOKING A valid phone number and email address are required when booking. Please make sure your contact information is accurate so you receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and important updates. All appointments are subject to availability and require a 50% deposit of the scheduled service price to reserve the appointment. Your deposit is applied toward your total service balance. DEPOSITS Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit may be transferred one time to a rescheduled appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is provided. Deposits are forfeited when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations and no-shows. A new 50% deposit will be required to reserve another appointment following a late cancellation or no-show. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 48+ hours’ notice: Your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment. Less than 48 hours’ notice: Your deposit is forfeited, and a new 50% deposit is required to book another appointment. Same-day cancellation: Your deposit is forfeited, and a new 50% deposit is required to rebook. No-show: Your deposit is forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions or require full prepayment for future appointments. If an appointment is missed without notice, Lash Innovation reserves the right to decline future appointments. APPOINTMENT CHANGES Changes to your appointment must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This includes changing: • Appointment date or time • Service type • Fill type • Full set or fill selection • Any other major change to the appointment Last-minute changes may result in the original deposit being forfeited and a new deposit being required. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond the grace period may be subject to a $10 late fee, and your service may need to be shortened or modified based on the remaining appointment time. If your arrival time prevents the service from being completed within the scheduled appointment, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation. Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit may be required to reschedule. Please understand that late appointments can affect the clients scheduled after you, so appointment times cannot always be extended. LASH FILL POLICY To qualify for a fill, at least 40% of your lash extensions must remain. If less than 40% of your extensions remain, the appointment will be charged as a full set. Lash fills are intended to maintain existing Lash Innovation work. If you are coming from another lash artist, please contact me before booking so I can determine whether a fill or removal and new set is appropriate. LASH PREPARATION Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Avoid heavy eye makeup, oils, creams, or other products around the eye area before your appointment whenever possible. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms that may affect your appointment or the health of others, please reschedule your appointment. SERVICE GUARANTEE Lash Innovation stands behind the quality of its services. If you experience a concern with your lash service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment so the issue can be assessed. Eligible service-related concerns may be corrected at no additional charge. The service guarantee does not cover normal lash shedding, picking or pulling extensions, improper aftercare, excessive exposure to oil or products, or other factors outside of the service itself. PAYMENT Your remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: • Cash • Card • Zelle • Venmo WAITLIST If your preferred appointment is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. When an opening becomes available, clients on the waitlist may be contacted based on appointment availability and service requirements. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. AFTER-HOURS & HOLIDAY APPOINTMENTS Appointments requested outside of regular business hours or on holidays may be accommodated when available and may be subject to an additional fee. Availability for these appointments is not guaranteed. REPEATED POLICY VIOLATIONS Lash Innovation reserves the right to restrict or decline future bookings for repeated no-shows, excessive late cancellations, repeated late arrivals, unpaid balances, or other continued violations of the booking policies. Future appointments may require full prepayment at the discretion of Lash Innovation. POLICY & PRICING CHANGES Lash Innovation reserves the right to update policies, services, and pricing as the business evolves. The current policies displayed on the booking site apply to appointments booked after the effective date of the update. Clients are responsible for reviewing current policies before booking.
